We recently stayed at Forge Cottage for a family weekend getaway and were pleasantly surprised by the charming and family-friendly amenities offered. the clean facilities and quiet area provided a peaceful environment for relaxation. the fully stocked kitchen made self-catering a breeze, with plenty of utensils available. One highlight of our stay was the numerous stunning walks available in the area. We particularly enjoyed exploring the moors and woodlands along the Macmillan Way, which passed by Forge Cottage. the picturesque views and fresh air were invigorating for both the adults and children in our group. the clean and pretty location, combined with the family-friendly amenities and activities, made for a memorable stay.
